12hr Slow Cooked Brisket
Our juicy slow cooked Beef Brisket is slow cooked for a minimum of 12 hours and served with a side of chips and coleslaw.
8hr Slow Cooked Pork Boston Butt
You can’t cheat this succulent meat using a slow cooker, no way. The best way to bring out the flavour of a Boston Butt is to properly smoke it for 8 long delicious hours. We have developed the perfect procedure for that succulent meat off the bone tenderness.
Pork Ribs
These succulent ribs are so tasty and glazed that we guarantee you won’t be able to stop eating once you start. With tender fall off the bone meat you’ll be asking for seconds and thirds.
